We’ll be working on Pingit, our mobile banking app and our payments system on Sunday 19 November between 00:00 – 08:00

We’re sorry, you won’t be able to use Pingit, our mobile banking app, or its mobile PINsentry feature on Sunday 19 November between 00:00 – 06:00. You also won’t be able to make payments to non-Barclays accounts between 00:00 – 08:00 – we’ll be doing some work on these services. Payments into your account during this time will be added as soon as our work is finished. You’ll still be able to log into online banking using your memorable word and passcode or alternatively call us if you’d prefer.
