  • Payments into your account during this time will be added as soon as our work is finished
  • If you need to transfer money for use during our work, get ahead by moving your money before it starts
  • You can still use your card subject to available funds
  • You can still withdraw cash and check your balance from cash machines

We’re sorry if you’ve had problems logging in to our new Smart Investor site and have had to wait to speak to us.

If you’ve recently requested a new passcode to log in, good news, it’s on its way via first class post.
