  • During our work you will be unable to make payments to non-Barclays accounts online, by phone, in the app or through Pingit.
  • You can still make card payments and withdraw cash as normal.

Online Banking work Monday 22 October 00:00 – 06:00

  • During our work you will be unable to use Online Banking as well as not being able to make international payments through our app. You can still use telephone banking, all other features on our app, Pingit and the Barclaycard app as normal.
  • You can still use your cards and withdraw cash as normal.

You may wait a while to speak to us, you can still manage your account using your Barclaycard App and Online Banking. Our other Telephone Banking teams are working as they should be.
