We‘re doing work on our systems on Sunday 19 August from 01:00 to 05:00. We’re sorry, you won’t be able to manage your account online, by phone, in the app or use Pingit during this time. Please be aware of the following changes to our services:

 • Payments into your account during this time will be added as soon as our work is finished

• If you need to transfer money for use during our work, please move it before 01:00

• You can still use your card subject to available funds

• You’ll still be able to use cash machines to withdraw money. All other services at cash machines will be unavailable.

If we finish early we’ll let you know here. Thank you for your patience.
