We‘re doing work on our systems from 23:30 on Saturday 19 August until 15:30 on Sunday 20 August, to align with new banking legislation. We’re sorry, you won’t be able to manage your account online, by phone or in the app, or use Pingit during this time. Also, please be aware of the following changes to our services by clicking on the little blue arrow below.

  • Payments into your account during this time will be added as soon as our work is finished
  • If you need to transfer money for use during our work, get ahead by moving your money before it starts
  • You can still use your card subject to available funds
  • You can still withdraw cash and check your balance from cash machines
  • Any same day/international payments will be available on our digital channels again at 16:30. If you need to make payments before (once our outage has completed after 15:30) please call us.
